This position supports directly the administrative workload of the Vice Chancellor for University Advancement (VCA). The role assists with meeting coordination – both internal meetings and external meetings with donors and other stakeholders at the highest levels. The position provides to the VCA daily fundraising reports, donor profiles, proofreads proposed acknowledgement letters for major donors, takes dictation and prepares correspondence for signature, updates organizational charts, directs phone calls, greets unit guests, provides guest services, coordinates the preparation of birthday cards for staff and external constituents, performs research and gathers information from Advance software . . . More broadly, the role updates the advancement phone/email lists, phone book updates for the division, makes arrangements and communicates to advancement division staff all information pertaining to the quarterly meeting schedule and other division-wide communiques, assists with the myriad of details associated with the quarterly meetings of the Chancellor's Council, as necessary supports the work of the Chancellor, division's business manager, CMO and manager of community relations.
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.
Salary Range: $16.92 – $23.80
